Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept PayPal, a very secure and widely used system to pay by credit card. If you prefer, you can send us a check, money order or cash and your question will be answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Q: Is every question and answer posted?

A: You can choose to have your answer sent to you confidentially by clicking the "Confidential" option on the Answer Form and it will not be posted. Some other questions will not be posted for the public if the content may offend some viewers.

Q: Do you refer to professionals?

A: Many questions are too complex and require much more information than can be provided in this format. Some questions also require specific credentials to respond. Q: How do I get my answer back?

A: Your answer will be e-mailed within 24 hours and posted in the Questions and Answers section of the site at the same time. Your "Poll Our Visitors" question will have the responses viewable in real time.

Q: How long are the poll questions kept up on your site?

A: Poll questions will be kept for a minimum of 30 days or 100 responses, so check back often to see the results!

Q: What happens if you can't answer my question, do I get a refund?

A: We will do our best to answer your question, and if we can't, we will refer you to resources that can help you get the answer. We will provide a reasonably expedient alternative, but no refunds are given.
